Audio Video Technician Job at Diverse Lynx in Maple Grove

Job Responsibilities:

1. Check all conference rooms on a regular basis.
2. Test all aspects of room equipment.
3. Confirm hardware power status.
4. Check battery levels on items like remotes.
5. Ensure correct functionality of all audio and video features.
6. Troubleshoot technical issues.
7. Work with vendors as needed to resolve issues.
8. Ensure rooms are in good order.
9. Collaborate with facilities to address any physical needs of the space.
10. Utilize monitoring solutions to quickly identify and respond to issues.
11. Assist users with immediate room issues or needs.
12. Troubleshoot active problems in person.
13. Provide AV training and hold regular training sessions for site staff.
14. Educate on equipment best practices.
15. Address general AV support questions.
16. Track and respond to ServiceNow work requests.
17. Collaborate with the greater AV group on implementing changes to the AV environment at your local site.
18. Act as the point person for all AV needs at your site.
19. Participate in special projects with other team members or management on AV-oriented initiatives.
