We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Digital Advertising Specialist at our corporate facility located in Glen Allen, VA to support the efforts of the retail Digital Marketing and Sales teams across our brand portfolio. This role will manage and execute lower-funnel digital advertising campaigns aimed at driving conversion across our brand and product portfolio, working closely with the Digital Marketing Analyst to track campaign performance and optimize execution. This position is hybrid, on-site 3 days per week. Responsibilities of the position include: Manage pay-per-click digital advertising campaigns on digital ad networks, primarily Google Ads with support for Criteo, Meta, and other platforms. Set KPIs and track progress using data analytics to optimize campaigns for revenue conversion and to maximize investment. Collaborate with internal, retail sales teams (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.) to support key launches, promotions, and initiatives with pay-per-click and digital advertising. Recommend/evaluate technical improvements (SEO, user journey, etc.) to brand eCommerce websites aimed at impacting greater conversion for paid and organic traffic. Evaluate external vendor/programs aimed at driving traffic to key items on retailer sites. Requirements of the position include: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a combination of education and experience will be considered. 3+ years of current, Paid Search Advertising (including Google Ads and retailer-specific applications like Criteo or Amazon AMS). 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, social media, and digital advertising measurement with KPI reporting. Experience using Google Analytics (GA4) for eCommerce websites, Google Search Console, and tracking technologies such as Google Tag Manager, Meta pixel and UTM tags. Advanced understanding of Google Merchant Center. Experience managing a budget. Proven ability to organize and process large amounts of information and data. Advanced computer skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail, including knowledge of advanced Excel functionality (Power Bi experience a plus). Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to engage stakeholders and influence outcomes. Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
