RVNAhealth is hiring: Marketing Specialist - Multi-Media in Ridgefield

We are looking for a creative and versatile Multi-Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on social media management, graphic design, and event support, ensuring our brand is consistently represented across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have critical thinking skills, be a team player with a strong background in content creation, digital advertising, and graphic design. Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with various departments. Must be highly focused on accuracy of information and details.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design and Print Material Creation:

• Create and update flyers, postcards, greeting cards, brochures, and promotional materials with graphics
• Create posters, pamphlets, postcards and other print materials
• Format and create evergreen newsletters quarterly and customize newsletters for different locations or departments

Digital Communications:

• Monthly Newsletters - Constant Contact
  • Includes managing multiple audiences
  • Blog post content development
  • Content management and schedule
• Update website with blog posts and events using WordPress
• Manage our local event calendars like Hamlet Hub and Chamber of Conferences sites

Social Media Content Management:

• Create, design, and schedule daily/weekly social media content across all social media platforms.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop content strategies
• Capture photos and videos for content creation
• Plan and execute social media campaigns
• Edit images and videos to ensure high-quality content
• Proficient in social media platforms

Social Media Advertising:

• Design graphics for social media ads on Facebook and Instagram
• Track ad performance, test new strategies, and optimize based on results
• Updated community calendars
• Develop ads for all agency service lines

Event Assistance:

• Assist in creating and printing promotional materials for events, including print newsletters and flyers
• Support event setup - All hands-on deck

Google Ads and Analytics:

• Understanding of Google ad placement and analytics

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and graphic design
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in all social media platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Understanding of Google ads and analytics.
  • Strong graphic design skills with experience in Canva and design tools
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms and analytics.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp, Constant Contact) and content management systems.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
