WHO YOU ARE:Teton Ridge is seeking a Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual content for television, streaming programming, and promotional campaigns. As part of the Creative Marketing Team, this role will be responsible for designing graphics, motion assets, and branding elements that enhance our broadcast and digital media presence. The ideal candidate has a strong background in broadcast graphics, motion design, and digital content creation, with a passion for crafting visually engaging storytelling.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:Graphic Design & Motion Graphics- Design and develop on-air graphics, lower-thirds, overlays, title treatments, and promotional assets for TV and streaming broadcasts.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and branded templates for use in live productions and pre-recorded content.
- Ensure all visual assets align with Teton Ridge’s brand identity, style, and tone.
- Work closely with the broadcast production team to develop graphics packages that enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.
- Collaborate with editors, producers, and directors to integrate visual elements into programming.
- Develop custom visuals for show intros, transitions, and promotional segments.
- Design key art, social media graphics, and promotional materials for TV and streaming campaigns.
- Assist in developing sponsorship graphics and branded integrations for broadcast and digital media.
- Support the marketing team with advertising, print, and digital assets as needed.
- Stay ahead of design trends, motion graphics techniques, and broadcast technology to enhance visual storytelling.
- Work cross-functionally with producers, editors, social media teams, and external partners to deliver high-impact creative.
- Manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high design standards in a fast-paced environment.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or broadcast design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and motion design software.
- Experience creating graphics for TV, streaming, or sports media is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to translate creative direction into visually compelling assets.
- Knowledge of 3D design (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
