Seeking a Technical Writer, as part of Wallet as a Service, the expectation is this person works hand-in-hand with all the stakeholders in defining documents and articulating what the customers are expected to do, what the product does, efficiently and accurately in a way that's customer facing.

Job Title: Technical Writer

Job Duration: 12 Months

Job Location: O’Fallon, MO (3 days a week)

SKILLS:

• Develop comprehensive API Technical documentation that meets organizational standards.
• Have a proven record writing effective documentation for technical systems or platforms.
• Working knowledge of structured writing, markdown, html, CSS, APIs.
• Expertise in applying customer-centered research techniques to product definition and designs.
• Write developer-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights into a language that sets our users up for success.
• Be a strong, confident writer and speaker, able to communicate well with stakeholders to get answers and drive reviews.
• Experience documenting payment platforms or similar large systems.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $55/hr to $60/hr on W2
