as part of Wallet as a Service, the expectation is this person works hand-in-hand with all the stakeholders in defining documents and articulating what the customers are expected to do, what the product does, efficiently and accurately in a way that's customer facing. Here are some of the specific details: Job Title: Technical Writer Job Duration: 12 Months Job Location: OFallon, MO (3 days a week) SKILLS: Develop comprehensive API Technical documentation that meets organizational standards. Have a proven record writing effective documentation for technical systems or platforms. Working knowledge of structured writing, markdown, html, CSS, APIs. Expertise in applying customer-centered research techniques to product definition and designs. Write developer-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights into a language that sets our users up for success. Be a strong, confident writer and speaker, able to communicate well with stakeholders to get answers and drive reviews. Experience documenting payment platforms or similar large systems.
