Job Description: As a Technical Writer, you will support the Client by developing high-quality documentation that enhances user understanding of digital payment platforms. You will collaborate with service owners, product managers, and cross-functional teams to document technical and business-level details effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive API technical documentation that meets organizational standards Write developer-friendly content to support product adoption and usability Evaluate and enhance existing documentation to improve clarity and effectiveness Create and update customer-facing implementation guides in alignment with evolving product capabilities Work with technical specifications to translate complex content into clear customer guidance Gain a deep understanding of products to produce engaging, user-friendly documentation Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing through slide decks, documents, and wiki pages Ensure documentation deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to source accurate information Research, write, and edit new and existing technical content for API documentation

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

Proven experience in writing effective documentation for technical systems or platforms Working knowledge of structured writing, Markdown, HTML, CSS, and APIs Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills Effective communicator, capable of engaging with stakeholders to gather information Skilled in simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences Customer-focused approach to documentation and content development Accountable and detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality deliverables Self-motivated, adaptable, and proficient in authoring tools

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $60.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
