US010 PA Horsham - 800/850 Ridgeview Dr Job Description: We are searching for the best talent for a Product Director, Patient Marketing, Talvey, located in Horsham, PA. Purpose:

The Product Director will be accountable for leading the nurse and patient focused strategies and execution for Talvey. In this role, you will focus both on the development of strategies and tactics for optimal patient support and activation strategies, including insight generation, strategy development, strategic media planning, content development, and tactical execution. The Product Director will work with a cross functional team of brand partners, field sales, internal partners, and agency partners to help support Talvey patients. Your Responsibilities: Leads development of comprehensive marketing plans, including strategy, positioning, and messaging, to achieve business goals. Ensures strategies, marketing assets and tactical plans are developed and performed in close partnership with Global Commercial Strategy Organization, Sales, Sales Learning & Development, Medical Affairs, and key internal partners. Develop content with learning and development team for sales meetings and ongoing field development to support brand strategies. Lead advisory boards, analytics, and market research to generate insights for marketing initiatives in partnership with the insights and analytics team. Collaborate with omnichannel leads and media agencies to ensure targeted execution of patient-focused tactics. Cultivate and advance key partnership with leading national advocacy organizations and professional societies to support strategic objectives. Qualifications: Requirements: A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful. A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge. A minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care Account Management, Pricing, and/or related fields. Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication. Ability to travel up to 20%, which may include overnight and weekend travel. Preferred: Experience in oncology. People leadership experience. Previous sales experience.
