Digital Marketing Specialist
to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and implement digital marketing strategies that will drive growth, engagement, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels. Optimize websites, landing pages, and digital assets to improve user experience, increase conversions, and drive traffic. Manage SEO strategies to ensure high search engine rankings, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization. Create, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers. Analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights, and generate reports with actionable insights. Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC) to achieve campaign goals and maximize ROI. Collaborate with the content team to ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligned with digital marketing strategies. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Lead social media marketing efforts, including organic growth strategies, paid ads, and community engagement. Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in digital strategies. Manage budgets for digital campaigns, ensuring that spending aligns with business goals and maximizes results. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). At least 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, and paid advertising. Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics. Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns and optimizing for conversions and ROI. Strong understanding of SEO and SEM best practices. Ability to create and manage content for websites, blogs, and social media channels. Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools. Creative thinking with excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
