Director of Marketing & Partnerships Director of Digital Growth & Marketing Analytics VP of Creative Services Job Description

Design and implement an overarching strategic marketing plan to build awareness of the organization, its mission, and programs. Create and manage marketing campaigns to drive membership growth (both public and industry), visitor traffic, ticket sales, and engagement with the organization's programs and content. Utilize all available media assets-digital, social media, events, website, and promotional partnerships-to amplify brand awareness and drive key metrics. Collaborate across departments (e.g., Programming, Communications, Membership, Sponsorship, Development, Operations, Legal) to ensure alignment and build consensus around key marketing initiatives. Oversee the timely and successful implementation of all campaigns and marketing programs. Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and agencies to drive mutual goals. Work with internal stakeholders to assist in the design and management of the organization's CRM system, ensuring effective tracking and use of data to optimize marketing efforts. Oversee Digital Growth & Marketing Analytics: manage multi-channel digital campaigns, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track trends, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the executive team. Manage website development, ensuring accurate messaging and a seamless user experience with advanced tracking tools. Supervise social media strategy, including editorial calendar planning, messaging, engagement tracking, and exploring new platforms to grow follower bases (e.g., TikTok, Snap, Pinterest). Work with agencies, partners, and internal teams to develop targeted marketing and communications plans that drive engagement, ticket sales, membership, and content views. Partner with the Events Marketing & Partnerships team to secure and manage promotional and media partnerships, including bartered opportunities with media outlets and cultural institutions. Lead the Creative Services Department to develop and deliver compelling marketing materials, collateral, and brand experiences that support membership, corporate, donor, and media goals. Ensure brand consistency across all materials, including website content, social media, print, advertising, and event-related content. Oversee the development of presentations, sponsorship decks, and fundraising materials to support key initiatives. Develop marketing and sales strategies to drive membership, ticket sales, and donor engagement across all organizational programs. Leverage industry contacts to recruit new members and secure corporate, international, and media council members. Use AI-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, track trends, and drive audience engagement, membership growth, and ticket sales. Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to incorporate into marketing efforts. Standardize processes, calendars, and timelines to streamline operations and improve communication within the department. Review and adjust messaging as necessary to ensure consistency and impact across all communications. Engage as an ambassador for the brand by actively sharing and promoting content on personal networks. Demonstrated experience in developing strategic marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth through innovative marketing and sales concepts. Proven ability to design and execute marketing plans that drive memberships, event ticket sales, and brand engagement. Expertise in leveraging AI technologies to craft innovative marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement. Highly collaborative with a strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive business objectives. High-energy, results-driven, and well-organized, excelling in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills to represent the organization at senior levels and with external partners. Strong project management skills with a client-oriented approach. Ability to travel for key events, and work evenings or weekends as needed. 15+ years of senior marketing experience in media, entertainment, or sports industries. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required. Advanced degrees are a plus. A strong work ethic and preference for working in an in-person, team-oriented, high-energy office environment. Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a plus.
