Job Description

Strategy and Execution

Design, create and implement the overall strategic marketing plan and brand positioning to increase awareness of company's programs, the organization and its mission, and develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive: Membership - both public and industry, visitor traffic to the NY location & LA location, ticket sales for all company's programs, views/engagement with company's programs and content Leverage all media assets across digital, social media, programming and event content, website, onsite, bartered media and promotional partnerships to increase awareness and drive memberships, visitor traffic and ticket sales revenue Collaborate with Department Heads and key internal stakeholders across all departments including Programming, Communications, Membership, Sponsorship, Development, Operations & Guest Services, and Legal & Business Affairs to build consensus around key campaigns Serve as the lead ensuring the successful trafficking and implementation of all campaigns and marketing initiatives Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, strategic marketing and promotional partners as well as with key agencies Leverage AI technologies to develop innovative strategies and solutions that drive customer engagement and business growth Social Media, Digital Marketing, Website and Analytics

Work with key internal stakeholders to participate in the design, implementation and ongoing management and analysis of company's new CRM system Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure key data is captured within the CRM Utilize data to tailor marketing, advertising, and promotional activities Oversee Digital Growth & Marketing Analytics - develop, implement, track integrated digital marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives across all consumer touchpoints, measure KPIs and determine trends Analyze and summarize data for executive team to provide monthly market positioning, track progress Manage the design, development and tagging of company's website to ensure clear positioning messages, implementation of sophisticated digital tracking tools and a positive customer journey Oversee all social media strategy, editorial calendar planning and implementation, messaging Track engagement, grow followers and engagement on company's existing channels (TikTok, Snap, Pinterest) Partnerships & Planning

Work with agencies, partners, and stakeholders to develop marketing and communications plans Parnter with the Director of Events to develop promotional and media partnerships with media outlets (tv, radio, digital, print, outdoor), cultural institutions, tourist, travel and hospitality organizations Create brand experiences to attract/retain donors, corporate partners, major gifts, media partners, members, and viewership Responsible for the creative development/production of all marketing collateral, promotional materials, and ads Oversee brand style, messaging and create content for social media and digital channels, website, PSAs, core message development, fundraising collateral, membership materials, sizzle reels, sponsorship decks and other marketing and communications materials as needed Sales & Memberships

Create marketing and sales plans that drive membership, visitor traffic and ticket sales for company's public and industry programming, as well as, patron and corporate donors, international and media council memberships programs Leverage industry and professional contacts to recruit and secure corporate, international and media council members Develop and optimize marketing campaigns across all the company activities that include strategic engagement and touch points for donors and membership Utilize AI to analyze membership and sales data, identify trends, and develop targeted marketing campaigns that drive membership growth, visitor traffic, and ticket sales Processes & Best Practices

The Successful Applicant

Bachelors Degree Prior experience working in high education or within non-profit industries 15+ years of experience as a senior marketing executive within the media, entertainment, or sports industries Proven ability in developing strategic marketing and sales campaigns that maximize revenue goals through innovative sales and marketing concepts Outstanding interpersonal skills partnering with C-suite of corporate partners, Board members, and executives Excellent project management skills and client-centered orientation Ability to travel for key events and festivals, and ability to work early mornings, late evenings and weekends when necessary to support events and programs In-office Monday to Friday in Midtown NYC Bilingual fluency in Spanish a plus
