Candidate should have minimum of 4 years bankruptcy experience.
Familiarity with AZ foreclosure or replevin processes is a plus. Responsibilities:1. Representing clients in all stages of bankruptcy proceedings.2. Drafting, reviewing, and filing bankruptcy petitions and related documents.3. Negotiating and structuring financial arrangements and settlements.4. Advising clients on the legal aspects of bankruptcy, including the potential advantages and disadvantages.5. Conducting legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.6. Attending court hearings, meetings with trustees, and creditor meetings.7. Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of bankruptcy laws and regulations.8. Collaborating with legal staff to ensure effective case management.9. Providing exceptional client service by maintaining regular communication and providing regular updates.Qualifications:1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.2.
