Responsibilities:Handle bankruptcy matters, including Chapters 7, 11, and 13, with a focus on creditor representation.Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents related to bankruptcy proceedings.Represent clients in hearings, trials, and negotiations.Advise financial institutions on compliance and regulatory issues.Manage a caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines.Requirements:J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.5+ years of experience in bankruptcy law, with a focus on creditors' rights.Strong legal writing, research, and courtroom advocacy skills.Experience handling bankruptcy litigation and related compliance matters.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Interested in hearing more?
