We are seeking a Bankruptcy Associate for our satellite AZ office, fully familiar with Motions for Relief from Automatic Stay, Objections to Confirmation, plan reviews, proofs of claim, as well as related litigation matters and local procedures before the Arizona bankruptcy court.
Candidate should have minimum of 4 years bankruptcy experience.
Familiarity with AZ foreclosure or replevin processes is a plus. Salary negotiable and based upon years of experience, with year-end bonus possible based upon individual and firm performance.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of bankruptcy laws and procedures, be committed to upholding the highest standards of legal practice, and possess a keen ability to navigate complex financial situations.
Responsibilities:
1. Representing clients in all stages of bankruptcy proceedings. 2. Drafting, reviewing, and filing bankruptcy petitions and related documents. 3. Negotiating and structuring financial arrangements and settlements. 4. Advising clients on the legal aspects of bankruptcy, including the potential advantages and disadvantages. 5. Conducting legal research and analysis to develop case strategies. 6. Attending court hearings, meetings with trustees, and creditor meetings. 7. Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of bankruptcy laws and regulations. 8. Collaborating with legal staff to ensure effective case management. 9. Providing exceptional client service by maintaining regular communication and providing regular updates.
Qualifications:
1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the Arizona State Bar. 3. 2+ years of experience in bankruptcy law, preferably creditor side
