Duties: Analyze and interpret laws, regulations, and legal evidence Oversee case management from start to finish Conduct thorough legal research on a variety of matters Draft legal documents including motions, complaints, motions for summary judgment, and orders to show cause Represent creditors in Bankruptcy Court proceedings Engage in settlement negotiations on behalf of clients Handle simple trial procedures as required Collaborate with senior attorneys on legal strategies and case management Requirements: Active NJ Bar Admission At least 1 year of experience in New Jersey civil law practice Minimum of 1 year of experience in Bankruptcy law Solid understanding of NJ motion practice and litigation processes Ability to manage a diverse caseload and maintain organized project workflows Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Ability to manage pressure and work efficiently within deadlines Professional demeanor and effective phone communication skills Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Certifications: Active New Jersey Bar License Skills: Legal research and drafting expertise Bankruptcy law knowledge, particularly creditor representation Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational skills and case management abilities Excellent written and oral communication skills Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality legal work Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment Location:
