This position requires experience with real estate titles and assisting an attorney with curative work and title claims. In this role, you will provide assistance to lawyers and the title exam process, ensuring they are able to carry out their duties. You will communicate with clients, compile case materials, and conduct research. The ideal candidate is hardworking and detail-oriented. Responsibilities Communicate with clients and attorneys Prepare case-specific documents, including title exams, title claims, title searches Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review Follow cases and record important information Maintain and update documentation Provide general administrative support Qualifications Previous experience in Creditor rights, foreclosure, title searches and examinations, title claims or similar role is preferred Certification or diploma as a Legal Assistant is preferred Familiarity with title legal procedures, terminology, creditor rights Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with document management experience Excellent research skills Comfortable Microsoft Office and case management software Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
