We are seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our client's team in the legal sector based in Washington, District of Columbia. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the success of the marketing team and support the marketing and business development goals of the firm’s attorneys. The ideal candidate is a go-getter interested in developing their digital and analytical skills while working to enhance awareness of the firm’s capabilities and credentials and increase lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to digital advertising campaigns across social platforms
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns
- Assist in the creation of content and posting to social platforms, website and intranet
- Assemble leadership briefs and other pitch related material
- Assist with industry award submissions and tracking
- Coordinate logistics for conferences and tradeshows
- Other marketing related tasks, as needed and/or assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field and a minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Self-reliant and able to implement and manage tasks independently
- Strong problem solving and time management skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills with platforms including Microsoft Office, MailChimp, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Photoshop and InDesign), WordPress
- Experience working in a professional services firm a plus
