We are seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our client's team in the legal sector based in Washington, District of Columbia. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the success of the marketing team and support the marketing and business development goals of the firm’s attorneys. The ideal candidate is a go-getter interested in developing their digital and analytical skills while working to enhance awareness of the firm’s capabilities and credentials and increase lead generation. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Contribute to digital advertising campaigns across social platforms 
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns 
  • Assist in the creation of content and posting to social platforms, website and intranet 
  • Assemble leadership briefs and other pitch related material 
  • Assist with industry award submissions and tracking 
  • Coordinate logistics for conferences and tradeshows 
  • Other marketing related tasks, as needed and/or assigned  
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field and a minimum of two years of relevant experience 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail 
  • Self-reliant and able to implement and manage tasks independently 
  • Strong problem solving and time management skills 
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with platforms including Microsoft Office, MailChimp, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Photoshop and InDesign), WordPress 
  • Experience working in a professional services firm a plus
