A growing Seattle nonprofit is offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Marketing/Communications Coordinator. As a part of our dynamic team, the coordinator will lead graphic design, content creation, and promotional activities for our events and newsletters, while ensuring the consistency of our brand's voice across different platforms. Responsibilities:
• Lead the creation of promotional materials for events and newsletters
• Develop and execute media campaigns incorporating diverse perspectives and client representation
• Consistently maintain our brand's voice across all platforms to enhance visibility and community awareness
• Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of content creation and graphic design to clarify our mission work
• Manage improvements in design as necessary to expand our audience reach
• Ensure content consistency across various platforms
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
• Experience with WordPress for basic website updates
• Strong design skills with the ability to create original designs and update existing ones
• Demonstrated experience in enhancing brand awareness
• Proven track record in campaign planning and execution
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with Canon printers, Canva, and Asana are a huge plus
This is a hybrid role working in our Seattle office 2-3 days per week and the other days from home.
