The Email Marketing Associate will support the Data Solutions team within the Marketing Automation (HubSpot) platform to carry out email marketing campaigns for multiple database segments. The Email Marketing Associate will be exceptionally hands on in proofreading emails and examining and assessing campaign performance as well as assisting in database management and data hygiene. What You’ll Do:

Design, build and schedule Email sends within HubSpot to be sent to various database segments. Monitor queue of incoming requests to ensure Emails are built, sent for approval and edited prior to due date. Collaborate with various cross-department stakeholders to drive marketing initiatives. Provide input on copy, subject lines and send times as needed. Uphold our deliverability and sender standards by following best practice and procedures and regularly monitoring database for deliverability issues. Assist in improving the quality of our HubSpot contact data by continually monitoring for data integrity and resolving issues with contact data. Who You Are: Experience with email or database marketing. HubSpot experience preferred. Able to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. Possess a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information while demonstrating poise, tact and diplomacy. Available to work at least 20 hours per week
