Liquor Barn and Party Mart is hiring: Social Media Content Producer in Louisvill

We are seeking a creative and driven Content Producer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, producing, and managing engaging content across various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and advertising strategies to effectively reach and engage our target audience. The Content Producer will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all content aligns with our brand's voice and objectives.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute content strategies that align with marketing goals and target audience preferences.
2. Create high-quality written, visual, and video content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
3. Manage social media accounts to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
4. Collaborate with Social Media Manager to produce visually appealing content.
5. Edit videos and other multimedia content to ensure high production quality.
6. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and content creation.
7. Stay up to date with alcohol industry trends, and emerging content formats.
8. Assist in the planning and execution of advertising campaigns across social channels.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
3. Strong understanding of web content management systems and social media management tools.
4. Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
6. A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging content.
7. Knowledge of advertising principles is a plus but not mandatory.
8. Passion for spirits and bourbon culture—knowledge of Kentucky’s distilling heritage is a plus!
9. Experience in retail, hospitality, or beverage industry marketing is a bonus.
