Dickerson Group is hiring: Senior Producer in Grand Rapids

OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop new clients through referrals, outbound calls, and networking.
2. Create tailored insurance proposals and manage multiple tasks and appointments.
3. Meet or exceed annual sales goals and engage in mentor/mentee relationships.
4. On-board clients, introduce them to policy services, and support team goals.
5. Support servicing during Annual Enrollment Period and promote team-selling.
6. Communicate Alera Group capabilities to prospects and foster client relationships.
7. Maintain a positive work environment, uphold ethical standards, and support community initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Minimum of 3 years of Supplemental Medicare sales experience.
2. Ability to produce new annual revenue of $80,000 annually.
3. Hold Michigan Life & Health Insurance License.
4. Complete annual CMS and Individual Marketplace certifications and applicable carrier certifications.
5. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to collaborate with diverse individuals.
7. Be self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail.
8. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $70K to $80K per year.
