Senior Digital Designer

to collaborate with the creative team in developing and executing compelling graphics for e-commerce, email marketing, social media, and other digital marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Transform business and marketing goals into visually engaging, user-friendly, and impactful designs. Develop design specifications, scenarios, and prototypes. Conceptualize and execute ideas independently or in collaboration with the creative director. Present multiple design solutions for projects. Oversee project timelines and deliverables, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Work closely with copywriters and cross-functional teams to create high-quality layouts under tight deadlines. Collaborate with business, creative, and copy teams to refine objectives and ensure accuracy in all projects. Contribute actively to the creative process by presenting well-developed design solutions that align with business goals. Manage day-to-day email marketing operations in partnership with the email service provider, troubleshooting issues and refining workflows. Stay up to date with industry trends, ensuring all brand designs follow best practices for digital and email marketing. Mentor and guide designers and contractors while balancing personal project responsibilities. Provide constructive feedback to enhance designs and inspire creativity within the team. Qualifications BFA in Graphic Design, Visual Studies, or a related field. 4-6 years of professional experience in web or digital design, with a focus on e-commerce. Required experience in fashion, home or beauty industry. Strong expertise in graphic design, layout, typography, image editing, and color correction, particularly in a trend-driven, lifestyle-oriented brand. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver) and working knowledge of HTML and Flash. Ability to generate innovative ideas and collaborate effectively with copy and photography teams. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices. Excellent communication skills. Experience resizing, optimizing, and slicing graphics for various digital formats. Adaptability to shifting priorities and evolving responsibilities. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to self-direct in ambiguous situations.
