This multinational chain is looking for a Sr. Production Designer to join its Content Innovation team. The Sr. Production Designer will support visual design and production, ensuring the brand’s expression across a digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate is innovative, forward-thinking, and open-minded, with at least four years of graphic design experience and expertise in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. Sr. Production Designer Responsibilities: Understands design intent and production requirements, communicating concerns and questions thoughtfully and constructively. Creates templates and graphics files to precise specifications, ensuring quality for print or digital delivery. Collaborates on cross-functional teams to enhance processes and technical knowledge. Stays passionate and informed about trends in print and digital media. Utilizes and contributes to design systems, templates, and component libraries. Demonstrates strong knowledge of design principles and best practices (e.g., typography, color theory, layout, information hierarchy) for both print and digital mediums. Sr. Production Designer Qualifications: 4+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in agency or direct-to-consumer in-house settings. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (web app/platform and CS software); Expertise in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. Proven production design experience across print, mobile, and web for consumer-focused brands, agencies, or color houses. Skilled in interpreting and delivering artwork to technical specifications, including ink/special treatments, color separations, and print-ready files. Strong portfolio showcasing print-ready and/or interactive consumer-facing work, highlighting innovation, originality, and problem-solving skills. Adobe Experience Manager Assets experience is a plus.
