As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate closely with communications, marketing, and specialist teams to develop visually appealing and effective content for diverse audiences. You will play a crucial role in ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment across various channels. Your ability to translate complex information into engaging visuals will be key to the success of internal and external communications campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging, on-brand creative assets for digital, print, social media, and other platforms.
  • Create visually compelling presentations with illustrations, icons, imagery, and effective storytelling for internal and external audiences.
  • Produce employee, partner, and customer-facing video assets, collaborating with video production teams as needed.
  • Develop a deep understanding of project/campaign objectives and stakeholder needs, ensuring alignment with overall communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Brand Teams to maintain brand consistency and adhere to style guidelines.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of graphic assets, from concept to delivery.
  • Troubleshoot production challenges and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Continuously seek feedback and measure impact to improve design effectiveness.
  • Adapt to changing organizational priorities and evolving project requirements.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Online portfolio of work is REQUIRED.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a design environment
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with digital media tools such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong knowledge of current design trends and industry best practices
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of printing processes and file preparation
  • Proficiency in project management tools, especially Asana
  • Experience using Canva

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $57.03 to $63.37 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
