SentinelOne is searching for a talented Senior Field & Partner Marketing Manager to cover the META region (Middle East, Turkey, and Africa). This role will focus on executing impactful marketing strategies to drive demand generation, partner engagement, and brand awareness within the region.

As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving our marketing strategy and execution across the META region. You will work closely with the sales, partner, and SE teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and partner requirements. This role is key in developing and executing marketing programs that generate demand, regional pipeline and build strong relationships with partners.

The ideal candidate should have a demonstrable track record of working at an international level and delivering integrated marketing programs that enhance brand awareness, increase lead generation, and ultimately drive higher pipeline contribution for our META markets. What will you do?

Field Marketing Execution : Design and implement region-specific marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and support local sales teams. Partner Marketing : Collaborate with strategic partners to create and execute joint marketing programs that drive mutual growth and expand market presence. Demand Generation : Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (events, digital, content, etc.) that generate qualified leads and drive pipeline growth. Event Planning : Manage and support partner events, trade shows, and webinars, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Content Creation : Develop marketing collateral and content (case studies, whitepapers, presentations) tailored to the region and partner needs. Data-Driven Decisions : Analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns, using data and feedback to optimize future initiatives. Collaboration : Work closely with global and regional teams, including sales, product marketing, and partners, to ensure alignment and support. Market Analysis : Provide insights on regional market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategy. What skills and knowledge should you bring?

Proven experience (10+ years) in field and partner marketing, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology industry. Strong understanding of the META region and its unique market dynamics. Experience working with partners, managing joint marketing initiatives, and driving partner engagement. Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful demand generation programs. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo). Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Innovative and creative thinker who contributes valuable new ideas and insights. Resilience, drive, and adaptability to thrive in a small team that will grow quickly. Ability to travel within the region (around 30% of time) and occasionally internationally. Why us?
