San Jose, CA What's the Job? Manage website projects and coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Set up and run weekly team project status meetings to ensure alignment and progress. Control the quality of deliverables through established checks and balances. Support digital asset management and marketing automation systems. Manage third-party paid campaigns and optimize workflows across teams. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in project management within marketing or digital fields. Expert knowledge of project management practices and techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools like Asana, Figma, and Adobe AEM.
