Our client, a leader in the automotive and high-tech sectors, is seeking a Technical Writer to join their team. As a Technical Writer, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations department supporting engineers, technicians, and quality assurance personnel. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Technical Writer
Location: Fremont, CA
Pay Range: $50-$54 per hour
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with engineers, TPMs, and managers to understand project requirements and concepts thoroughly.
- Coordinate with the Technical Program Manager (TPM) and Leadership to ensure the consistency of documentation standards, styles, and priorities.
- Strategize and deliver documentation guides in accordance with project timelines.
- Develop digital documentation while adhering to established style and platform standards.
- Solicit and integrate customer feedback on documentation to optimize usability.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience as a technical writer specializing in manufacturing procedures.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in writing and editing.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite (Word, Excel) and Adobe (Photoshop, Acrobat).
- Strong written and oral communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Capability to manage workload efficiently amidst changing priorities while meeting project deadlines.
