UX Researcher IV
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Burlingame, CA
Pay Range: $85/Hr. to $90/Hr. (DOE)
Summary:
As a UX researcher on World AI you’ll have the opportunity to influence the development of new cutting-edge experiences that help us bring the physical world into VR, MR, and AR experiences. Research is paramount to this team’s success - formative research is needed to drive product strategy and confirm the usability of entirely new experiences on cutting-edge hardware. You will be helping to shape the future of experiences that change how people see, navigate, and engage with the world around them. Ideal candidate is a VR experienced researcher with strong tactical experience in usability research, and capable of running their own research for iterative development
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with researchers, designers, PMs & engineers to identify, define and deliver meaningful products into the world
- Collaboratively and independently develop research studies and programs
- Lead various research studies throughout all the phases of the product development cycle
Skills:
- Strong ability to develop and lead usability testing for software and hardware experiences
- Strong ability to maintain research programming through product iterations
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time
- Experience with data and utilizing numbers to define and support hypotheses
- Experience with autonomy and decision making to prioritize research study focus
- Previous experience working in the space of VR
