The Social Media Manager (B2B / SaaS) role contributes to & implements Vimeos organic social strategy to create memorable content, drive audience engagement, & bring the brand to life on social channels with direct responsibility for LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Reddit, & TikTok. They will report to the VP of Corporate Marketing & Communications & work across Vimeo on initiatives that shift brand perception & support business goals. You will work in a hybrid role from our office in the center of Manhattan & capture social content alongside the team.

What you'll do :
- Develop & execute a comprehensive organic social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, & Facebook, aligning with Vimeos brand & business objectives.
- Lead the creation of compelling & informative content tailored to consumer / creator & B2B / SaaS audiences, including thought leadership articles, industry insights, customer success stories, & engaging multimedia content.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of Vimeo's LinkedIn, X, TikTok, & Facebook channels, including content scheduling, community engagement, & monitoring of brand mentions & conversations.
- Define & track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of social media efforts on brand awareness, audience growth, engagement, & lead generation.
- Utilize social listening tools to identify trends, monitor competitor activity, & gather audience insights to inform content strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including product marketing, content, & HR) to support product launches, events, & employer branding initiatives through integrated social media campaigns.
- Stay abreast of the latest tech social media trends & platform updates to ensure Vimeo remains at the forefront of industry best practices.
- Provide regular reports on performance across social platforms & campaigns, building out insights & learnings to be shared across the organization, & optimize strategy across all social channels in partnership with the Social Media Manager.
- Implement strategies to engage with & grow our community, ensuring an integrated approach with our Social Media Manager across all channels.
- Facilitate community management across key social channels (answering direct messages & comments daily across LinkedIn, X, Facebook & Reddit social channels).
- Develop employee advocacy program to enable all Vimeans to easily participate in amplification of our social media content.
Skills & Knowledge You Should Possess :
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B / SaaS social media marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing organic social channels for enterprise software companies. (required).
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn, X, TikTok, & Facebook platforms, including their algorithms, content formats, & advertising options.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brandwatch) to measure performance & derive actionable insights.
- Excellent writing & communication skills with the ability to craft compelling social media copy that resonates with B2B / SaaS audiences.
- Have a knack for content creation & identifying social trends, including video (particularly TikTok videos) & image editing, to produce visually engaging social media assets.
- Proactive & collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments & manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bonus Points :
- Experience in SaaS influencer marketing or community building.
- Knowledge of SEO principles & how they apply to social media content optimization.
- Familiarity with Vimeo's platform & its use cases for businesses, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Business Suite, & Figma.
Targeted Base Salary Range : $95,000 to $146,000
The base salary range listed above is for candidates located in the U.S., including the New York City metro area.
