This role involves overseeing the design process from conception to completion, collaborating with development, leasing, and construction teams to bring conceptual designs to life. Key Responsibilities Produce technical drawings and plans, ensuring timely delivery and high quality, coordinated with architects and engineers. Manage daily operations of assigned projects, reporting to the VP of Architecture and Design. Communicate effectively with other departments and clients, creating LODs, space programs, and concept plans. Monitor design approval processes and track A&E costs. Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Collaborate on conceptual design with various divisions and refine designs for construction. Represent design ideas visually through software or sketches. Interpret client space ideas into workable plans. Manage and report on A&E costs. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3-5 years’ experience in Industrial, Office, Mixed Use, or Hospitality/Food Service Design. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office. Ability to travel to project sites as needed. U.S. Work Authorization is mandatory.
