Position Description/Overview

The Marketing Manager is a strategic driver of brand growth and market presence, responsible for leading the development and execution of impactful marketing initiatives. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to shape and strengthen brand identity, ensuring alignment across all touchpoints. Key focus areas include brand strategy, market intelligence, campaign execution, and end-to-end project management. The Marketing Manager will support both the CPG and Ingredient divisions, playing a pivotal role in elevating brand visibility and delivering measurable results.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the Marketing Team.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to resonate with the target audience.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels, from messaging to visual elements.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand visibility.
  • Oversee press releases, social media, and trade show strategies.
  • Manages trade show strategy and coordination for all divisions.
  • Collect and analyze data to understand market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Monitor product performance in both e-commerce and brick-and-mortar channels.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify growth opportunities and develop effective programs.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of brand assets for internal and externa use.
  • Generate content to be used for internal and external communications.
  • Manage company website to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy, support company initiatives and provide a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define and execute long-term project goals.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Master’s degree a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing Management with responsibility in general marketing, communication or graphic design.
  • People management experience.
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing plans that drive measurable results.


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Understanding of food ingredients and CPG product marketing.
  • In-touch with food ingredient trends, consumer preferences and market dynamics.
  • Ability to create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to align with business objectives.
  • Understanding of product lifecycle, positioning and pricing strategies to optimize sales.
  • Ability to analyze data, market research and metrics to measure marketing performance and support data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to think creatively and generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Desire to collaborate cross-functionally to support business goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting priorities.


Salary Range

  • $85k-$105k
