We seek a highly skilled consultative sales professional to join our team! This position will be responsible for sales related to our portfolio of events - everything from exhibitor booths, sponsorships, partnerships, and custom projects. Our events cross several exciting markets – vehicle fleets, automotive aftermarket, public safety, law enforcement, and the professional salon industry. Headquartered in Torrance, CA, our associates work remotely from home.
We are open to employing new associates in the following states/areas: AL, AZ, CA (except San Francisco), CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, MI, MN, MO, NC, NV, OH, OK, OR, TN, TX, WI

- Full-cycle sales development
- Sales development for all of our events – exhibitor booths, sponsorships, partnership sales, etc.
- Heavy prospecting to identify new business opportunities using research, outreach, and industry resources
- Create and maintain strong customer relationships within the industry
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly, etc. business development activities
- Produce a high volume of prospecting calls/emails to create successful opportunities
- Maintain accurate data/records in corporate databases
- Travel of up to 20% is required (trade shows, sales calls, etc.)
- Perform other duties as assigned/requested/required

- 3+ years of relevant professional sales experience; Event sales a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Exceptional communication skills - in person, over phone, and via email
- Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, and very detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to effectively manage time
- Display a high degree of ethical conduct and personal integrity
- Reliable work attendance and a good corporate citizen
- Ability to qualify leads with strong follow-up skills
- Microsoft Office Suite experience required
- CRM platform experience
- Background in B2B advertising/marketing a plus
