Chai Vision is a high-growth e-commerce company managing a portfolio of direct-to-consumer (DTC) CPG brands, including health & wellness, kids products, pets, home goods, and outdoor & travel. Our brands are scaling rapidly across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop, and we’re seeking a performance-driven leader to own and scale paid acquisition strategies primarily on Meta, Google, YouTube, and other paid media platforms.

Qualifications:
Proven track record scaling paid media profitably for DTC e-commerce CPG brands.
Ownership of performance metrics and accountability for team and results.
Understanding of unit economics and managing acquisition channels for revenue and profit goals.
Strong management skills in media buying and performance evaluation.
5+ years in performance marketing or paid acquisition for DTC brands.
Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and performance KPIs.
Proficiency in attribution platforms like Northbeam and Triple Whale.
Experience managing agency/media buyer performance across multiple brands.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present data clearly.
Experience with multi-brand portfolios, international growth, omnichannel strategies, or TikTok Shop performance.
Familiarity with CTV, programmatic advertising, or affiliate models.
Responsibilities:
Own and scale performance acquisition strategies across platforms by managing internal teams and/or agency partners.
Determine and manage monthly budgets, ad spend allocation, and KPIs in collaboration with executive and finance teams.
Assess campaign efficiency and profitability, making data-driven decisions to optimize spend.
Collaborate with creative teams to align testing strategies with performance goals, providing insights on ad angles and messaging.
Maintain dashboards and forecasting models to monitor KPIs and identify opportunities or risks.
Work cross-functionally with creative, retention, product, influencer, and merchandising teams to develop cohesive strategies.
Lead weekly performance reviews and ensure accountability on active campaigns.
Leverage AI tools and stay current with emerging AI technologies to enhance performance strategies.
