Currently seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the Marketing strategy and execution for New Computing and Mobile Experiences products. The ideal candidate needs to quickly understand each business, the channels in which they operate, and quickly navigate the strategic landscape to provide advice, counsel and action plans to drive sales.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead the development and delivery of go-to-market campaigns that connect all of our mobile category products and align to AT&T's priorities.
Work with AT&T and internal marketing teams to develop and customize integrated marketing campaigns to support product launches as well as life cycle management activities for NCME products.
Identify growth opportunities within customer specific channels such as Company Owned Retail, Dealer, partner dot.com and develop programs to grow Samsung market share.
Collaborate with Channel Marketing Strategy & Ops, Business Planning, Strategy and Analytics, Product Management and Sales Account Teams to drive revenue.
Lead and execute internal and external meetings & workshops as needed.
Manage day to day marketing operations for the account team.
Own annual marketing calendar and quarterly marketing program decks with inputs from other team members.
Background/Experience Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or business-related field (MBA preferred)
8+ years of work experience (mobile or CPG industry preferred)
Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing and the principles of driving audience relevance but ultimately the need to drive sales.
Exceptional strategic planning and analytical skills, financial acumen, organizational planning required.
A proven self-starter, he/she must be a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good business judgment, and high managerial leadership potential.
Outstanding proficiency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels.
Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills for both internal and external discussions.

Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels within and outside the company.
Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects.
Review detailed product development, marketing documents and media materials as needed.

Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve customer business objectives, personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames and specifications.
The ability to develop tasks and work assignments, based on sometimes vaguely defined objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Working with Partners to design and develop marketing campaigns that achieve our joint objectives and fit within our resource allocations.
Develop, write, and coordinate marketing briefs and business cases for internal campaign approvals.
Project manage delivery of creative assets (visuals, copy, etc) in compliance with Samsung Brand guidelines and legal approvals.
Manage and report campaign KPIs, and collect proof-of-performance for campaign payment.
Partner with Channel Sales and B2B Campaign Strategy team and support Channel Marketing senior management.
Physical/Mental Demands:
The position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment:
Work is generally performed in an office environment.
Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal 50% of work time, including prolonged periods of time.
The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time under 25 pounds.
Performs work under time schedules and stresses which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive job stress, fatigue, unpaid over-time, intellectual challenge, constant technical data feedback, language barriers, and business management stress.
Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids representative and commonly associated with PCs, printers, and office work areas.
Frequently works additional hours beyond normal schedule.
Under very little direct supervision with a high level of responsibility to apply general policies and guidelines where decisions are seldom monitored and consequences of decisions adversely affect operating results and management decisions.
