Infrastructure Design and Integration Manager
where you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of rail infrastructure and signaling systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead civil, installation, and cable routing design work along the wayside and within technical rooms, while managing a team of engineers. Key Responsibilities: Integrate Communication-Based Train Control (CBTC) infrastructure design, ensuring constructability and compliance with industry standards. Proactively resolve technical interfaces between infrastructure and system subsystems to enhance project outcomes. Act as a vital liaison between engineering and site teams, ensuring that field needs are promptly addressed. Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. Represent infrastructure design decisions confidently to clients and stakeholders. Utilize AutoCAD and Bluebeam for effective interface and design management. Oversee design consistency across projects, delegate tasks efficiently, and support the overall project delivery strategy. Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience in railway, energy plants, or data center infrastructure, particularly in civil, cabling, or wiring design. Experience working on brownfield railway projects is a highly desirable advantage. Strong understanding of infrastructure requirements, including interface registers and traceability tools. A background in construction will be considered a bonus. Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering or equivalent is required. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory. Soft Skills: Highly organized, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing environments. Exemplary attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
