Let’s go!We are hosting our DreamHack Atlanta event on October 4th to October 6th 2024 and are looking for temporary event staff to assist from Thursday, October 3rd to Sunday, October 6th 2024. Please note this is a temporary position for the duration of the festival only and that you need to be available for all 4 days.If you’ve already worked a DreamHack before and/or prefer to work in a specific area, make sure to specify in the Cover Letter section of your application.Area Supervisors
- Support area managers in the execution of the area; responsible for the management of all operations and crew in an area; maintain a leadership role within the festival operations. Area supervisors must have experience working for DreamHack in the past and will be selected based on experience working with DreamHack Festivals and their respective areas.Area Shift Lead
- Help lead festival crew members in a designated area or job; can include helping to solve customer issues, making sure everything is in place for the current team and team coming in after, leading in cleaning before/after the area opens; each area will define exact responsibilities. Shift Leads must have experience working for DreamHack and will be selected based on experience working with DreamHack Festivals and their respective areas.General Festival Crew
- Show up on time for shifts and come ready to work; be adaptable and willing to work with the team, remain solutions-based and provide guest service to both internal and external stakeholders. Provide support to their assigned area(s) and provide all festival guests the ability to experience DreamHack.We have opportunities in the following areas:Community Team
- Support all layers of our DreamHack community, ensuring that all vendors and guests get to enjoy the highest level of care we can provide.Cosplay Lounge, Competition, and activations
- Direct cosplayers to available resources, encourage competition sign ups, provide hospitality for invited cosplay guests, and assist cosplayers with the competition process.Merch Shop
- Help guests find and purchase their perfect memento from the festival.Entrance: Registration & Box Office
- Ensure that everyone gets into the festival as efficiently as possible.Creator Hub/Meet & Greet
- Support our amazing creators during the festival.Tournament Operations
- Assist in running tournaments and keep track of participants.Crew Care
- Provide a safe, relaxing space for the crew during the festival.Fighting Games

- Handle front desk requests, distribute equipment, and ensure a clean, organized logistics area.Chill Zone

- Help coordinate and ensure personnel are in position.Requirements:Be willing to submit to a background check;Be available on all days during the festival period, Thursday, October 3rd to Sunday, October 6th 2024;Be able to commit to the shifts assigned during the festival.Be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States of America;Festival Crew: $15 per hour;Shift Lead: $18 - $20 per hour (based on experience);Supervisors: starting at $25 per hour (based on experience);Travel / Accommodations: If you do not live locally in the Atlanta area, you will be responsible for providing your own transportation to and lodging in Atlanta.
