Marketing Coordinator Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator position with AA Metals play a key role in driving our marketing initiatives across social media, product launches, eCommerce campaigns, lead generation, and sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Create engaging and relevant content that promotes AA Metals' products and services.
- Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and growth.
- Manage social media calendars, post schedules, and daily interactions with followers.
- Assist in the planning and execution of product launch campaigns.
- Coordinate all aspects of product launch marketing, from email promotions to web content and advertising.
- Work with business development and sales teams to ensure product messaging is aligned and impactful.
- Measure success post-launch and recommend improvements for future launches.
- Design, launch, and optimize eCommerce campaigns aimed at driving sales through our website and online platforms.
- Collaborate with the IT team to enhance product listings and online content.
- Utilize data and analytics to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies through digital marketing channels (email, paid ads, social media).
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.
- Track and report on lead generation efforts, ensuring KPIs are met.
- Work closely with the sales team to create marketing materials that support their efforts
- Assist in creating and executing promotional campaigns that align with sales objectives.
- Provide analytics and insights into marketing campaigns to improve sales outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with lead generation, eCommerce platforms, and email marketing.
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and work with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Shopify, etc.).
- Ability to speak fluent Chinese preferred.
