Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Consumer Marketing Manager to contribute to our Consumer Marketing team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville.
As a critical member of Ingram’s Consumer Marketing division, the Consumer Marketing Manager will develop and implement digital marketing campaigns that drive growth of Ingram’s direct-to-consumer marketing business. Identifies and executes new user acquisitions campaigns to grow consumer audiences, with special focus on paid and earned media. Oversees social media channels to build consumer facing brands and acquire new users. Analyzes and interprets data from acquisition campaigns to evaluate strategy, test new tactics, discover new audiences, validate potential opportunities, and determine ROI. Serves as a subject matter expert in digital advertising, advising product and sales teams on digital adverting services and managing third-party advertising platforms that support ad services.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5 years related marketing experience to include 1 year of digital advertising
Preferred Qualifications:
Facebook and Google certifications
Key Responsibilities:
Implements and manages digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sign ups at Ingram-owned, consumer-facing websites.Collaborates with brand and sales teams to ensure user acquisition strategies support overall business goals.Creates and manages paid search, social and display advertising campaigns including campaign setup and ongoing optimizationUnderstands audience personas and tailors campaigns, activation channels, messages and creative to audienceManages and oversees social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube and Reddit to grow social communities, build brands, and increase site sign upsIndependently measures and reports on the performance of marketing campaigns; evaluates against key performance metrics and adjust campaigns to improve performance when necessary
