Assistant Media Planner

We are seeking an Assistant Media Planner to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless digital advertising campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Paid Media, this is a full-time, non-exempt position based in New York City.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Collaborate with the paid media team for planning and implementing media campaigns
- Organize and submit creative assets to meet campaign launch deadlines
- Conduct quality assurance on ad creatives, tracking links, and campaign elements
- Implement ad tags, pixels, and tracking parameters accurately
- Address and resolve issues related to ad serving, tracking, or technical challenges
- Generate reports on campaign performance and insights
- Assist in creating and presenting media plans and strategy decks
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 1 year of experience in advertising, marketing, communications, or related fields
- Experience with Google Campaign Manager required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Leadership skills with ability to work independently and in teams
- Self-starter with initiative, problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Genuine interest in advertising, arts, culture, travel, and tourism
