You will develop and build strong partnerships with clients and deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience. Your focus will be on achieving sales goals, growing revenue, and strengthening brand loyalty to ASIS and Security Management through thoughtful, consultative, solution-oriented sales strategies.
You’ll also collaborate with internal teams—including Publishing, Editorial, Learning, and Events—to develop and deliver tailored advertising and sponsorship opportunities. HubSpot CRM and other systems will help you manage your sales pipeline, track client engagement, and drive performance.
What You’ll Do
- Sell advertising and sponsored content opportunities across digital, print, and event platforms
- Identify, contact, and convert prospective advertisers through outbound sales
- Build long-term client relationships with a consultative, solution-focused approach
- Serve as the primary liaison between advertisers/agencies and internal teams (Editorial, Publishing, Learning, etc.)
- Use HubSpot CRM to manage sales pipelines, leads, contacts, and performance goals
- Stay current on trends in B2B media and the security industry to help shape strategy
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of direct media/advertising sales experience.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with advertisers and/or clients.
- Strong record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Proven ability to sell both print/digital advertising and content marketing solutions
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience with B2B sales—especially in publishing, associations, or security-related fields
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Must be a good problem solver and facilitator, with excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and client needs simultaneously
Why ASIS?

We offer:
- Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses
- Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, long-term care, and FSA’s
- A very generous 401(k) including an employer match plus an additional discretionary contribution
- A remote, work-from-home environment
