ASRC Federal Holding Company is a premier provider of systems and solutions for a wide variety of federal government customers. We are seeking a motivated Senior .NET Core Developer to join our team in developing mission-critical agency systems in a dynamic, agile environment.

Location: Arlington, VA

Work arrangement: Onsite (5 days)

Clearance: Interim or Active Secret clearance

Responsibilities:

1. Develop mission-critical applications in support of the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) mission.
2. Work collaboratively in an Agile software development environment.
3. Apply modern software development techniques for a modular system.
4. Learn new technologies as they are introduced, and adapt to evolving software applications and environments.
5. Support modernization of software development practices.
6. Contribute to enterprise best practices and playbooks.
7. Identify and support opportunities for innovation.
8. Lead and mentor junior personnel.
9. Contribute to system design and architectural decision-making.

Requirements:

1. Ten (10) years of overall development experience, including at least 5+ years with ASP.NET MVC-based web development using Visual Studio.
2. Five (5) years of experience with Agile development methodology.
3. Understanding of legacy .NET technologies such as ASP.NET MVC and Entity Framework.
4. Experience with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) such as SQL and Oracle.
5. Experience with automated test frameworks.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
8. Driven to grow and improve both personally and professionally.
9. Must be a U.S. Citizen with an interim or active Secret clearance.
10. Applicants will be subject to a government security background investigation and must meet DEA suitability requirements.

Preferred:

• Experience working in a federal government environment.
