Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, brand management, public relations, and market research
Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
Collaborate with the executive team to align marketing strategies with business objectives
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns across various channels
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using data-driven insights
Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials
Foster relationships with key stakeholders, media, and industry influencers
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities RequiredProven experience as a Marketing Director or in a senior marketing role
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing

Education / Professional ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position
Minimum of 5 years of experience with proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives for multi-billion dollar companies
