They will be leading strategy, brainstorming, andideation sessions, developing brand platforms and campaigns, creatingcontent, and helping foster the growth of other creative personnel. Asuccessful CD within D3 is a humble, hands-on leader who can inspiremarketing stakeholders with their vision and execute it flawlessly.Responsibilities\* The Creative Director will lead 360-degree campaigns that integratemedia analytics and creative best practices for brands.\* Manage team of creatives and freelancers in the development andexecution of content for brands.\* Partner with outside agencies and technology platform partners toensure proper execution and best in class learnings.\* Manage and supervise multiple projects and teams (both internal andexternal)\* Ensure the team has appropriate resources dedicated to the individualprojects\* Meet brand objectives\* Ensure creative product adheres to best practices across media andplatforms\* Ensures top-tier creative output that adheres to brand standards\* Lead brainstorm sessions\* Evaluate creative team and performance\* Develop detailed timelines\* Present work to internal agency team partners, brand team, and anyother stakeholders for approvals / to sell the work\* Research and understand the client\'s needs and target audiences,through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews withsubject matter experts, and in-person meetings\* The Creative Director will be responsible for developing andtransforming concepts into creative solutions, managing creative teams,and ensuring brand objectives are achieved. The Creative Director shouldbe excellent at developing creative concepts and strategies that areinsightful, relevant, innovative, and effective. They must be able toconceptualize ideas and carry them through execution. They must have theability to motivate and direct their team in the conceptualization andproduction of best-in-class solutions across different platforms.Compensation and Benefits:\* The expected compensation range for this position is between\$122,300 - \$242,700 based on a full-time schedule.\* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will beconsidered in setting actual starting salary.\* Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 25% ofannual salary paid out annually.\* and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid outover 3 years following the end of the performance period.\* Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility andperformance.\* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave,vacation, sick, and bereavement.\* In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefitspackage to support our employees and their families, subject toelections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Healthand Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program(EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined ContributionRetirement Plan.Qualifications\* 10+ years experience in a creative agency or in-house agency\* Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign CS5 or above\* Knowledge of PowerPoint and Keynote\* Preferable to have design skills and capabilities\* Creative experience with broad brand marketing capabilities in CPGand other categories.\* Experience in marketing, brand development, innovation, shoppermarketing and/or consumer insights.\* Strong consumer empathy & customer-centricity. Demonstrated ab lityto place the consumer at the heart of everything.\* Proven collaboration abilities with both internal account and brandteams.\* Strategic thinking and creative leadership skills.\* Deep understanding of marketing strategy and ability to developmarketing tactics that deliver on brand objectives.\* Creative leader who can bring a brand voice to life acrossomnichannel marketing vehicles and develop breakthrough marketingideas.\* Big picture, strategic thinking, coupled with results orientation,proven track record of strong tactical execution within the creativespace.\* Ability to tell a story, synthesize and convey key messages andpresent in a visual and compelling way.\* People management experience leading and inspiring teams of creativeprofessionals.\* Entrepreneurial mindset willing to roll up your sleeves andcreatively stretch budgets along with being a creator themselves.\* Purposeful brand leader: must be able to build compelling narrativesaround brands purpose and translating that into action that buildsbusiness.\* Proven ability to interact with senior level management acrossfunctions to deliver against strategic digital engagement goals.Up to 30% travelEducation :\Preferred: BFA/BA/BS/MS Degree In Advertising, Communications, VisualCommunications, or Grpahic Design
