We are looking for a dedicated AVP of Marketing Operations to join our team. Job Summary and Qualifications The Division AVP, Marketing reports to the Division VP, Marketing and Corporate Affairs. The role supports the local execution of scaled marketing strategies aligned with Division business objectives. The Division AVP collaborates with the Group Marketing team to adapt strategies to local needs and works closely with Division leadership to understand priorities and how marketing can support them. Key Responsibilities: Planning and Stakeholder Engagement:
Works with local leadership to understand strategic initiatives and goals, translating scaled strategies to meet Division needs. Communicates the value of marketing investments and monitors projects and acquisitions/divestitures to support marketing funding requests. Collaborates with Physician Services Group to develop marketing plans for physicians and provides updates to stakeholders. Marketing Strategy Localization:
Leverages company-wide strategies, customizing them for each market based on service line focus, community demographics, and branding standards. Ensures adherence to brand standards and aligns digital strategies with local execution. Leads performance reporting and analysis. Leadership and Collaboration:
Fosters a culture of sharing and collaboration across the Division. Coordinates with Group AVP, Operations, and Corporate Marketing to support campaign efforts and marketing messaging development. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred 3+ years in a leadership role 7+ years in a related field HCA Healthcare is recognized as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies by the Ethisphere Institute multiple times.
