You are:

We seek an Associate Creative Director with experience leading brand creative, content creation and content strategy projects with emphasis on campaigns that live across a brand’s digital ecosystem. This position needs someone who can work both as an individual contributor, as well as the lead for a team of writers, editor and proofreaders. Act as a key collaborator on an interdisciplinary team delivering client solutions. You must be confident performing in front of the room, partnering with the clients, and expert at developing innovative ideas. This person must thrive in a fast-paced work environment and enjoy working on numerous projects at once. You must be comfortable working across all media (print, email, site content, social campaigns, ecommerce) and thrive in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is the norm.

Job Responsibilities

1. Concept and direct ideas of the highest caliber
2. Expertly manage all facets of the production process: preproduction and postproduction and working and collaborating with producers, directors and photographers
3. Lead a team of junior and midlevel teams in an open and supportive way
4. Persuasively present work and own client interactions at all levels
5. Be self-sufficient and able to work proactively and independently if required, with minor support from Creative Directors

Job Qualifications

1. 5–8 years of experience in advertising or related fields
2. Prior creation of award-winning or breakthrough work
3. Conception and execution of ideas in many styles (comedy, drama, emotional, technical, and more) across all media channels
4. Willingness to travel when needed

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below. We accept applications on an ongoing basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.

1. California: $94,400 to $293,800
2. District of Columbia: $100,500 to $270,300
3. Illinois: $87,400 to $253,800
4. Minnesota: $94,400 to $253,800
5. Maryland: $87,400 to $235,000
6. New York: $87,400 to $293,800
7. Washington: $100,500 to $270,300
