is seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven
Account Manager
with a background in
PR, marketing, and business consulting . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing, leadership position and is passionate about delivering high-impact strategies for dynamic brands. The Account Manager will own client relationships, lead consulting efforts, and manage the development and execution of annual strategies, overseeing projects from start to finish. You will work autonomously and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure deliverables hit benchmarks and exceed client expectations. This opportunity is well-suited for professionals with prior agency experience, including entrepreneurs or consultants seeking additional income while working with a global AOR. Key Responsibilities: Client Leadership & Strategy:
Act as the lead consultant for assigned clients, collaborating with executive leadership to craft and implement
annual strategies
that align with each client’s business objectives. Project Management:
Oversee the full project lifecycle for client initiatives, managing deadlines, deliverables, and performance benchmarks across
PR, marketing, creative, and business development
efforts. Cross-Departmental Delegation:
Lead internal project execution by delegating tasks to
Account Coordinators , the
PR department ,
creative team , and
marketing team
to ensure seamless collaboration and resource allocation. Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing consultation, strategy updates, and campaign insights. Build strong relationships and maintain client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones, ensuring teams are aligned and goals are met. Present regular reports to both clients and leadership. Consulting & Thought Leadership:
Offer strategic recommendations and business insights to help clients scale, pivot, and grow their businesses. Bring a consultative approach to every engagement. Event & Activation Support:
Attend and support
client events, activations, or press engagements
as needed to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction. Autonomous Execution:
Operate with a high level of autonomy, driving client success and internal team performance without day-to-day micromanagement. Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in
account management, PR, marketing, or business consulting
(agency or consultancy background preferred). Proven success in
developing client strategies
and managing multi-channel campaigns across PR, marketing, and creative functions. Strong leadership and delegation skills, with the ability to manage multiple internal teams and complex client projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused and consultative mindset. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Airtable) and CRM platforms. Ability to balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day project execution. Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and highly organized with a solution-oriented approach. Why This Role?
