Google Ads Marketing Strategist , you will own the strategy and decision-making behind our clients' Google ad accounts, and collaborate on video creative CRO, offers, and funnel testing.What is a
Google Ads Marketing Strategist ? Let's face it, it's not enough to just be a PPC manager these days. To us, managing a Google ad account is more than understanding how to structure keywords and adjust bids. Google Ads Marketing Strategists are growth partners–someone who can make decisions inside and out of the platform to improve in-platform results. It's a true marketer who can recognize patterns, identify trends, and urgently move toward unstoppable growth.ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibility will be to leverage Google Ads and digital growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and leads for our clients.Manage and optimize Google ad accounts (if you don't know what managing a successful ad account entails, this job isn't for you)Use off-platform strategies to improve in-platform performance (CRO, offers, and funnel suggestions, and creative strategy)Effectively report and communicate past and future plans/strategies to clients (always have a solution, always have a plan)Work closely with clients as a trusted advisor to achieve their desired goalsRegularly test and identify best Google ads practices and platform trendsStay up-to-date on the latest Google Advertising news, tools, and changes to the platformAvailable and active in daily communication with team members and clients via SlackRequirementsAt least 2 years of experience managing multiple Google Ads accountsAt least 2 years in direct-to-consumer e-commerce and lead generation marketing (all campaign types)A working understanding of conversion setup, attribution, and tracking (UTMS, pixels, tags, and Conversion APIs)Strong writing skills and an understanding of basic copywriting principles.Experience working in Shopify, WordpressSoftware skills including Google Sheets, ExcelWorking knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Merchant CenterOur Core Values – Non-NegotiableCuriosityHumilityOwnershipTransparencyFearlessness
