At least 4 years of digital performance marketing experience in digital ecommerce, retail programmatic, or a related field.3+ years managing large-scale, complex ecommerce campaigns, with experience in eCommerce advertising including digital/display programs with Retail Media Networks.Experience with managing end-to-end campaigns, inclusive of budgets, tagging, informing KPI goals, meeting KPIs, and reporting.MediaOcean/Prisma and MediaTools experience strongly preferred.Excel skills (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify trends and insights through data analysis.Additional Information The anticipated base salary range for this position is $58,000-$110,400. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
