Trade Marketing SpecialistDepartment: MarketingEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: Clackamas - ORReporting To: Trade Marketing Manager Compensation: $25.00 - $29.00 / hourDescriptionThe Trade Marketing Specialist will support the execution of Trade Marketing programs and initiatives by assisting in the development and procurement of Marketing tools to support Sales and Marketing teams across North America. This role requires detailed project management, strong vendor coordination, and thorough communication with Marketing, Sales, and other key partners. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport in the execution of Wyld Brands' Marketing plan by developing and procuring Trade Marketing Materials On Brand, On Time, and On Budget Communicate project updates clearly and frequently to the Sales and Marketing team, ensuring project timelines are being met and appropriate parties are aware of progress Work closely with vendors to procure Trade Marketing Materials, including print, displays, signage, and other key assets Track projects and requests using Smartsheet, Marketing's project platform, for accurate and efficient delivery of projects Manage our Digital Asset Manager, Brandfolder, by uploading the latest Marketing assets to ensure the Brand is being represented accurately by state/market Partner with Wyld's in-house Creative team to develop new Trade Marketing Materials Manage local offsite warehouse inventory of Trade Marketing Materials - providing complete visibility of inventory to the appropriate teams Occasionally, organize and support local Trade Show and Sponsorship events Additional duties & responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
