Reporting to the Senior Campaign Manager, the Mobile Media Specialist is responsible for content marketing through SMS/text, app push notifications, sweepstakes/promotions, and assisting with user journeys across digital platforms (e.g., app, email, website).
The primary goal is to build online channels and communities by nurturing existing audiences and developing new ones for Air1, AccessMore, K-LOVE, Found Collective, and other brands through marketing branded and campaign content.

Daily Responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing tactics to achieve growth goals on SMS/text, push notifications, and email by developing and recommending initiatives to engage diverse audiences.
- Collaborating with the Marketing department and stakeholders to create rich user journeys for branded and campaign content.
- Maintaining the content calendar and coordinating with marketing, digital, and creative teams to ensure media, links, and content are prepared for texts and notifications.
- Adhering to platform best practices, composing copies, creating links, and scheduling texts and notifications.
- Working with the Marketing and Promotions Specialist and community outreach teams to build forms and create sweepstakes.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting analytics to inform future campaigns and user journeys.
- Using project management tools (e.g., Wrike) to assist in media creation, webpage development, and content management.
- Studying industry trends and monitoring competitors to keep our brands at the forefront of best practices.
- Managing relationships with software vendors for SMS/text, notifications, and email platforms.
- Monitoring brand websites, ministry partners, and artist pages for relevant content sharing.
- Managing multiple tasks with flexibility, creativity, and control.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or relevant experience.
- At least 3 years’ experience in marketing, digital media, radio, or public/media relations.
- Experience with HipCricket or similar SMS software.
- Experience with Braze for notifications and emails, and Pardot Salesforce is a plus.
- Experience with Second Street or similar software for promotions.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Wrike, Google Drive, SharePoint.
- Strong editing, proofreading, writing, and presentation skills; AP Style knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Experience in digital campaign development and performance metrics.
- Experience with A/B testing and UTM tracking.
- Experience managing brand accounts and in the music or radio industry is a plus.
- Attention to detail, multitasking, organization skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work independently and in teams.
- Professional presentation skills.
- Passion for music, media, and audience engagement.
